About This Listing

No.40 was originally known as the Echuca East Milkbar for over 80 years.

After an extensive refurbishment, it is now one of the most sort after rental properties in the area. The owners have decked out this house with all the entertainment and games you could imagine; bar, slate pool table, professional poker table, table tennis table , 60" TV with surround sound, outdoor entertaining and more.

The house can sleep up to 10 guests, but is best suited for groups up to eight. There are two bedrooms with TV & DVD in each, and two additional bunk rooms.

Bedding configuration:

Bedroom 1: Queen

Bedroom 2: Queen

Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunks (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 4: One set of bunks (sleeps 2)

There is one central bathroom, with a separate toilet in the laundry.

The house is heated and cooled with split systems throughout with a separate system in each bedroom.

The location is ideal, only a ten minute walk to the heart of Echuca. There is boat parking available in the yard, and the East boat ramp is only three minutes away.

Echuca Holiday Homes is on hand 24/7 to ensure we can assist with any queries or issues you might have, whether that be local shopping, special event information or even booking a haircut! We will check you in and take you through everything you need to know about the property. We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.

No 40 has a two night minimum stay during most times of the year. Exclusions do apply.
